In Short :
Minimal/No Digression, Subtle Agression, American Sensation, Terror and Trepidation, Kissing in Cushion & A National Caution - Kurbaan Movie!

Director Rensil D'Silva, the amply experienced Ad-Film maker/Script Writer, might have perhaps looked to perpetuate a predominant feel throughout the film. Well, to start off the proceedings, it becomes naturally prejudiced to make points about the director of the film, as far as the critic review of Kurbaan is concerned. "The film-maker, especially asseverated as an otherwise script-writer, will always try to speak something through his film, more than the director in himself" - Perhaps a critic's myth! Just like it, Mr. Rensil has tried to uphold the intensity scale throughout the film, and this is what we call the "experience into execution".

Certainly not a "feel-good" movie, but critically coined a "good" film, Kurbaan plays the first half of the film with utmost transcendence in romance. The couple plan to move abroad after marriage until the girl realizes the husband's underplay of a similar 9\11 attack. The girl reaches a journalist(Vivek Oberoi) to foist into a terrorist attire. The banal course of streaming film-making, normally counts for pacy screenplay and a long well-executed climax to have a fitting final scene. Rensil D' Silva uses the same technique, yet in a fulfilling way.

Casting has worked well with the film, especially the off-screen love chirps. The 'Saifeena magic' , as coined by the impartial preview makers prove they are better guessers of fortune from the rushes. Kareena kapoor exhibits more of anxiety, despair and worries and little of joy, cheer and skin. The Bebot claims of not being herself in Kurbaan goes right in maximum percents. Saif Ali Khan plays a hot looking traitor and a mature looking teacher in the film. Aesthetic shots of love throw ample light on the viewer's skin and is used well to show equal amounts of betrayal at the end. Vivek's importance of casting gets well-acclaimed and he symbolizes spontaneity in action. Om Puri, as ever, speaks here, the lovely written dialogues of Anurag Kashyap and NiranjanIyengar.

Technically, the film looks beautifully good-looking and dangerously awesome in its values. Salim-Suleiman's scores at the background does exactly the needful. Ali Maula, must be the pick of the lot, however, listeners have perceived each in its own style. The act of terrorism and its counter-forces, reminds us more of the 9/11 attack, kissing the features of the Taliban. Finally, the gripping thriller gets itself into the "must-watch" grade of the year, while the fans tend to grow exceptionally crazy for more of the "Saifeena magic" (ON SCREEN).
